Women on Water
Join our Women on Water sessions every Friday from 7:00 to 8:00 PM and experience the joy of paddling on the Thames in a fun, supportive, and social environment! Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to refine your skills, our experienced coaches will guide you through each session, helping you build confidence on the water.

What to Expect
- Learn and improve paddling techniques
- Enjoy a relaxed and friendly atmosphere
- Meet like-minded people and paddle on the river
- Start the weekend right with a fun session
Please bring suitable wear for kayaking, such as thermal tops and thermal leggings.
You will be supplied with a buoyancy aid, paddle, and a kayak. We also have showers for you to stay warm afterwards!
